Yes, Andy tricked me again into doing something good! Today while listening to the NAActivity call Barry Clarkson mentioned fitting in 45 minutes of exercise everyday. I wrote that at the top of a blank page and set it aside. After the call I started writing questions, started with “what can I accomplish by waking up at 5am ?” As a single mom of four this seems daunting….After filling up front and back of the sheet of paper I was in tears…I had convinced myself that my life could be completely different by waking up early walking then reading and praying before I start the day. Yes I have been told these things but the questions that came out of white sheeting is what hit me the hardest one being “do I love myself and my family enough to make this change?” The impact of writing it down was huge. I then picked up another piece of paper and started writing about getting an agent I’m working with started and saw the mistakes I was making with trying to motivate him…
